A Warm Reception in LA - BUZZCO

A Warm Reception in LA - BUZZCO

This animation by Buzzco first appeared in an animated film festival in 1987.

Animations made from coloured lines on a black background illustrate the song playing. This gives a sort of effect of neon lights, which could be representing of the theme of trying to make it big in Hollywood.

The characters and objects have a cartoon feel about them, and the whole animation has quite a cheerful atmosphere, to emulate the feel of the song.

I think that this animation is fairly pleasant, however I am not sure if I particularly like it a lot, as it does not have a lot of depth to it, whether that is in the characters or the narrative of the animation in general.
